The Suspicious Contra Band includes Malia Bennett, Ian Bittle, Susan Pierce, and Wayne Cantwell and each semi-pseudo masters of Celtic and “Old-time” American traditional music.

Suspicious Contra Band members have had years of experience playing music with other bands and suddenly upon reaching burn out decided to throw in the towel uttering those fatal words:
"No More Bands!"

Over time the four decided to play for a contra dance, then another, and another, then came an actual paying gig followed by another, and then yes, another, then low and behold the four realized, "Oh no! We're a band!"
Agreeing to follow the creed of Celtic Cheer, "First time anyone takes this serious they are out!" the four agreed to take the plunge and actully practice from time to time and move forward as,,,,
A BAND.

So here they are for your listening pleasure!
